With the Milton Keynes Wedding Show coming up, we’ve been busy getting our stationery samples ready and thinking about the wedding stationery trends we’re loving for 2026.
Wedding shows are such a wonderful way to see new ideas in person, and stationery is one of those details that really comes to life when you can see the textures, finishes and styling up close. If you’re attending the show and looking for inspiration, here are some of the trends we’re expecting to see couples fall in love with.
Soft, romantic florals
Floral stationery continues to be a favourite, but for 2026 we’re seeing a move towards softer, more refined designs. Think delicate floral details, elegant placement, and colour palettes that feel timeless rather than overly bold. Perfect for couples wanting something romantic and classic.
Beautiful bows and ribbon details
Bows are having a real moment in weddings, and they work beautifully in stationery too. From soft silk ribbon tied around invitation suites to bow-inspired details in the design itself, this trend adds a lovely feminine and luxurious feel.
Wax seals for a luxury finishing touch
Wax seals remain one of the most requested finishing touches, and it’s easy to see why. They instantly elevate an invitation suite and make the whole piece feel more special. Personalised wax seals with initials are especially popular for couples wanting something unique to them.
Elegant neutral tones
Neutral wedding palettes aren’t going anywhere. Soft champagne, ivory, taupe, sage and warm beige tones continue to be a beautiful choice for couples wanting timeless, sophisticated stationery that complements almost any venue styling.
Coordinated on-the-day stationery
More couples are thinking beyond the invitation and choosing a fully coordinated look throughout their wedding day. Menus, place cards, table numbers and welcome signs all help tie everything together and create a polished, considered feel.
Personal touches that tell your story
One of the biggest trends for 2026 is making stationery feel personal. Whether that’s a bespoke monogram, a design inspired by your venue, a meaningful colour palette or special wording, couples are looking for details that reflect them rather than choosing something generic.
