1. Introduction

At Designed with Love, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds for both personalized and standard products.

 

2. Standard Products

If you wish to request a refund for a standard product, you may do so within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at Bec@designedlove.net to request a refund.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  • Ship the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

3. Personalised Products

Due to the nature of personalised products made to your specifications, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted once the order has been confirmed. However, if the personalised item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us atbec@designedlove.net within 5 days. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement as necessary.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the situation and offer the following options:

  • A replacement for the faulty or damaged item.

  • A refund if a replacement is not feasible.
