We offer a range of personalized and standard products. Please note that personalised products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • Standard Products: You have the right to cancel your order for standard products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us in writing to initiate the process.

  • Personalised Products: Due to the nature of personalised products, cancellations and refunds are not accepted once the order has been confirmed. However, we will replace any faulty items that are reported to us within 5 days of delivery.

 

7. Delivery

Delivery times and methods are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to meet our delivery timelines, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 

8. Faulty Items

In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact us at Bec@designedlove.net within 5 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement as necessary.
